A NEW CHAPTER, OUR NEW NAME, AND THE 3 C’S
Momentum has been building. The United States is entering a new chapter in renewable energy, and so are we.
Over 262 companies – including Amazon, Bank of America, Boeing, Chevron, Citigroup, Exxon Mobil, Facebook, General Motors, Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo, Target, Verizon, Walmart, and Walt Disney – are making net-zero climate commitments.¹
Governments, regulators, investors, and customers are demanding that businesses contribute to the fight against climate change², but just buying energy credits to “offset” pollution doesn’t cut it anymore.
Our New Name
We welcome this push for progress and are excited to announce that we have rebranded from National Energy Partners to Novitium Energy, a National Energy Partners company. Find our new website at http://novitiumenergy.com.
The word “novus” is Latin for “new” and “initium” means “beginning.” Together, they were the inspiration behind our name change. New beginnings. The world is moving into a new era, and we are proud to be a part of it.
In addition to our updated name and website, we reflected on how to make an even bigger impact in our mission to use energy as a vehicle for positive change. The answer for us: to hyper-focus on what we call The 3 C’s— focusing on commercial solar ; and leveraging our connections ; to help communities.
Commercial
As of 2022, Novitium Energy is focused solely on commercial solar solutions.
Changes in federal and state legislation are now forcing companies to commit to real renewable and clean energy goals. Demand for carbon credits could increase by 15x by 2030 and 100x by 2050, making the purchase of offsets no longer financially viable.
We are committed to helping all nonprofit and for-profit businesses create custom solar solutions that are a win-win for the environment and their bottom line.
We envision a world running on 100% green power and believe focusing exclusively on commercial solar projects is the best way to have the most impact.
“Commercial properties emit 16% of all carbon dioxide emissions–as much as nearly 180 million passenger cars each year. Our experience with commercial projects uniquely positions us to be leaders in the industry.”
– Jeremy Conner, Founder; CEO, Novitium Energy
Connections
To help our commercial clients, we pull from our 40+ years of combined executive experience and deep-rooted connections in the industry.
We advocate for our clients every step of the way. We are passionate about fostering long-term relationships with integrity. We treat clients like family and see them as partners in progress.
Helping commercial clients from start to finish with turnkey eco-friendly solar energy solutions and a customized plan, we assist businesses to get 60% to 100% of their installation costs covered by government incentives. With free power from the sun, energy savings recoup all upfront costs in typically 2 to 6 years. Then, the money saved on energy bills can help the business grow.
“Over 66% of US consumers want to buy from sustainable and eco-friendly brands. So when a business produces renewable solar power, it is better aligned with the desires of its customers.”
– Jeremy Conner, Founder; CEO, Novitium Energy
Community
We imagine a world where every community runs on energy-efficient, renewable power that generates remarkable financial and environmental benefits. By switching to solar, every school, organization, and company can save significant dollars, gain energy independence, and reduce its carbon footprint.
We invest in communities by educating and empowering businesses to navigate the ever-changing landscape. One community at a time, the positive change adds up to make a greener future for us all.
“Communities are the backbone of the US. We are proud to help them become sustainable and self-sufficient with solar.”
– Lou Sabec, Founder; President; COO, Novitium Energy
Moving Forward Together
We are excited to continue what we started in 2009: using renewable solar energy as a vehicle for positive change. With a focus on commercial clients, connections, and community, we are optimistic about the future.
