ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of multiple utility-scale and distributed generation renewable energy projects. • Create bid packages, analyze vendor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement for long-lead items.
  • Collaborate with estimators and installation partners to obtain accurate cost estimates.

4. Construction Management & Field Oversight

  • Oversee the entire construction process to ensure projects remain on budget and schedule while reducing turnover time.
  • Act as the Owner’s Representative during physical construction, making day-to-day decisions and ensuring safety culture is enforced at the project level.
  • Conduct quality control and ensure all project turnover documentation is secured and filed in a timely, orderly manner.

5. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, vendors, landowners, regulators, and utility partners.
  • Manage Project Coordinators to ensure accurate system updates and documentation.
  • Prepare and provide scheduled status reports, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to key stakeholders.
